About the Foundation:

The Clear-The-Air Foundation provides income tax deduction for those who donate high-emitting vehicles in order to re-cycle parts and the shell in order to lead an effective way toward cleaner air and healthier environment. 

Five percent of the cars on the road create 75 percent of the air quality problem. 

By targeting and removing those cars from the street and encouraging replacement
of newer cleaner cars, we will maximize the reduction of ozone-creating emissions
and bring cleaner, clearer air to Colorado and our citizens.
